Slowly winding towards a deep library of carefully made ales and lagers.

Our goal is to generate a deep library of ales and lagers, drawing inspiration from the world around.

In general, we look towards a combination of old world tradition, new research-based advances in brewing materials and techniques, and what happens in nature for the beers we make. We operate under a strong Belgian influence. And then, of course, there are the beers we make just because they’re fun to drink.

REMINDER ABOUT GROWLERS- we have 32 oz growlers with a small cap. If you’d like to bring in your own growler to fill, please make sure it’s clean, and bring in a cap for it if it has a wider mouth.

Wine

  • Cheteau Simon 2021 Bourdeaux Blanc Sauvignon Blanc

    13.6% abv, 5 oz pour

    Mild notes of citrus, medium body, light tannins.

  • Les Rocailles 2022 Rose de Savole

    13% abv 5 oz pour

    Light refreshing summer fruit, dry.

  • Cuatro Rayas Tempranillo 2021

    13.5%n ABV, 5 oz pour

    Soft, round, berries and light oak.

  • Underwater Space Helmet

    Clean and crisp, moderately bitter, notes of grapefruit, orange peel, lightly dank . 6.4% ABV.

  • Bread and Chocolate

    Dark, dry, roasty, moderate bitterness, mild hoppy notes. 6% ABV.

  • Eternity of Now

    9.1% honey tripel. Smooth and dangerously drinkable. 750ml bottle.

  • Shape of Time V. 4

    8.9% Imperial stout, brewed with VT Maple syrup. Dark, rich, with hints of fruit and smoke. Sold in 4x 12oz cans.

  • Gin Barrel Aged Tripel

    A batch of our 2022 Eternity of Now, aged in Bar Hill Gin Barrels. Rich notes of honey, fruit candy, spices. 10.2%, 500ml bottle

  • Gin Barrel Aged Stout

    Stout with red and black currants brewed in 2022, aged for 11 months in Barr Hill Tom Cat gin barrels. 8.4% 500ml bottle.

  • Plain Knowledge

    6% ABV Belgian style amber ale. Slight richness, notes of stone fruit, raison, brown sugar, and plums.

  • Shadow of a Lonely Fish

    Dark, slight sweetness, notes of plum and dark sugar spice from a Belgian yeast fermentation. 5.5% ABV

  • Dad Jokes and Pop Culture Refrences

    4$ American Pale Ale with notes of white wine, melon, and tropical fruit.

  • Centaur Hands

    Coffee porter made in collaboration with our friend at Brew House Coffee Company. 5.3% ABV.

  • Puzzle Monkey

    Light, citrus, tropical. Light bitterness, powered by Citra, Mosaic, and Crystal hops from Champlain Valley Hops. 6% ABV.

  • Introvert with a Microphone

    Soft and luxurious dark wheat ale, fermented with Belgian Saison yeast. 3.5% ABV

  • Haircuts and Laser Tag

    Bready and malt forward Kolsch with a light kiss of Hallertau hops. 4% ABV.

  • Tougher with Science

    Malt forward lager, elements of dark bread and light stone fruit. 4.7% ABV.

  • Rivers and Souls

    Slightly hazy, mildly bitter, straiht up citrus juice. 6% AB

  • Down to the Forest, Up to the Clouds

    Crisp Mexican style lager with mild sea salt and lime. 4.5% ABV.
