Slowly winding towards a deep library of carefully made ales and lagers.

Our goal is to generate a deep library of ales and lagers, drawing inspiration from the world around.

In general, we look towards a combination of old world tradition, new research-based advances in brewing materials and techniques, and what happens in nature for the beers we make. We operate under a strong Belgian influence. And then, of course, there are the beers we make just because they’re fun to drink.

REMINDER ABOUT GROWLERS- we have 32 oz growlers with a small cap. If you’d like to bring in your own growler to fill, please make sure it’s clean, and bring in a cap for it if it has a wider mouth.

  • Grade School Ninja

    This season's fresh hop ale. Crisp, crackery, notes of pepper and lemon. 5.8% ABV.

  • Only Some of You Will Like This

    Made with passionfruit, raspberries, and lactose. Briskly tart, fruity, slightly full. 5.4% ABV.

  • Pitfall and Promise

    Mild kettle sour with sourdough from Birch Hill Provisions. Slight tartness, easy drinking, light fruit. 4.8% ABV.

  • Bread and Chocolate

    Dry, dark, roast, strong notes of bitter dark chocolate and deeply toasted bread. 6% ABV.

  • Begrudgingly Done

    Wheat stout with pumpkin. Very dark, prominent roast character. Very little pumpkin. Like, if any at all. 6% ABV.

  • Zen Master of the Pool Table

    Belgian style witbier brewed with coriander and orange. Notes of clove and banana. Smooth and easy drinking. 6% ABV.

  • Haircuts and Lasertag

    Golden hued, cool fermented kolsch. Bready, lower ABV, perfect for spring, whenever that’s going to be. 5% ABV.

  • Resting Brewer Face

    Malt forward American amber ale. Dark bread, biscuit, light sweetness, slight bitterness at the finish. 5.1% ABV.

  • Hazy Diva

    Hazy milkshake IPA with Amarillo, Citra, and Mosaic hops. Orange and vanilla added. 5.1% ABV.

  • Our Impossible Ask

    Flagship DIPA. Dry(er), tropical, crisp and decently clear. Tropical leaning, with Citra, Mosaic, and Loral. 7.7% ABV.

    Pink Boots 2024 blend IPA. Tropical, lightly dank, medium body. 6% ABV.
