The Reuben*!
Our good friends at Mountain Rise Baking perfected their rye sourdough recipe, so it only felt right to add a sandwich to the menu to suit. Corned beef from Farmers and Cooks, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and that special sauce, all on fresh baked rye sourdough.
*The Reuben is going to be a regular menu thing but we’re out, and the next delivery isn’t till Friday. Our apologies.
Other bits and bites:
We’ve got some hummus with an olive oil drizzle, served with lightly toasted naan, nacho chips with cheese, and all sorts of other goodies.
