Slowly winding towards a deep library of carefully made ales and lagers.

Our goal is to generate a deep library of ales and lagers, drawing inspiration from the world around.

In general, we look towards a combination of old world tradition, new research-based advances in brewing materials and techniques, and what happens in nature for the beers we make. We operate under a strong Belgian influence. And then, of course, there are the beers we make just because they’re fun to drink.

  • Cheteau Simon 2021 Bourdeaux Blanc Sauvignon Blanc

    13.6% abv, 5 oz pour

    Mild notes of citrus, medium body, light tannins.

  • Ross Schuster Aus Den Dorfern 2021

    13.5 ABV, 5 oz pour

    Dry, assertive tannins, distinctive Austrian flair.

  • Gin Barrel Aged Tripel

    A batch of our 2022 Eternity of Now, aged in Bar Hill Gin Barrels. Rich notes of honey, fruit candy, spices. 10.2%, 500ml bottle

  • Paintbrush Legend

    Malty, amber, crisp and slightly bitter. 4.8% ABV.

  • Meal TIcket

    Milk stout. Smooth, light roast, notes of mild chocolate and coffee. 5.4% ABV.

  • One Eyed Pool Shark Named Rusty

    Our cream ale. Brewed with pilsner malt and flaked corn. Light, very drinkable, light notes of biscuit. 4.2% ABV.

  • Belgian Style Table Beer

    Dry, crisp, strong Belgian yeast presence. Notes of lemon and coriander. 5% ABV

  • To Be The Tiniest Nail

    Rich and malt forward. Smooth notes of molasses and dark break. 6.1% ABV.

  • Grade School Ninja

    This season's fresh hop ale. Crisp, crackery, notes of pepper and lemon. 5.8% ABV.

  • Plain Knowledge

    Belgian style amber beer- fuller, notes of dark bread and stone fruit, plums and brown sugar. 6% ABV.

    Made with passionfruit, raspberries, and lactose. Briskly tart, fruity, slightly full. 5.4% ABV.

  • Pitfall and Promise

    Mild kettle sour with sourdough from Birch Hill Provisions. Slight tartness, easy drinking, light fruit. 4.8% ABV.

  • Curated Friends

    Malt forward, mild hop presence, full and rich. Belgian yeast fermentation. 5.4% ABV

  • Bread and Chocolate

    Dry, dark, roast, strong notes of bitter dark chocolate and deeply toasted bread. 6% ABV.

  • Always Flowing Never Ebbing

    Belgian yeast fermentation, with notes of honey and crisp spice. Slight alcohol heat, smooth and easy drinking. 6.1% ABV.

  • An Enchantment of Surpassing Excellence

    Amber ale with maple, spruce, and light smoke. Medium body, smooth, aromas of woodland walks and campfire. 6% ABV.

  • Ambush of Widows

    Norwegian Farmhouse Ale brewed with blueberries. Notes of grapefruit, medium body, low hoppiness. Slightly juicy. 6.3% ABV

  • When Brewing Beer Make Sure You Use Your Imagination

    Dry, clean, very prominent Belgian yeast character. Notes of clove and banana, light fruit from rhubarb additions. 5.3% ABV.

  • Begrudgingly Done

    Wheat stout with pumpkin. Very dark, prominent roast character. Very little pumpkin. Like, if any at all. 6% ABV.

  • Shape of Time

    Imperial Stout. Aged on Amburana wood. Elements of winter spice, cinnamon, light vanilla. Rich. 8.8% ABV.

  • Our Impossible Ask

    Bright, pleasantly bitter, leaning tropical and citrus. Drier, mild alcohol heat. 7.7% ABV
