Slowly winding towards a deep library of carefully made ales and lagers.

Our goal is to generate a deep library of ales and lagers, drawing inspiration from the world around.

In general, we look towards a combination of old world tradition, new research-based advances in brewing materials and techniques, and what happens in nature for the beers we make. We operate under a strong Belgian influence. And then, of course, there are the beers we make just because they’re fun to drink.

    Our cream ale. Brewed with pilsner malt and flaked corn. Light, very drinkable, light notes of biscuit. 4.2% ABV.

  • Grade School Ninja

    This season's fresh hop ale. Crisp, crackery, notes of pepper and lemon. 5.8% ABV.

  • Only Some of You Will Like This

    Made with passionfruit, raspberries, and lactose. Briskly tart, fruity, slightly full. 5.4% ABV.

  • Pitfall and Promise

    Mild kettle sour with sourdough from Birch Hill Provisions. Slight tartness, easy drinking, light fruit. 4.8% ABV.

  • Bread and Chocolate

    Dry, dark, roast, strong notes of bitter dark chocolate and deeply toasted bread. 6% ABV.

  • Always Flowing Never Ebbing

    Belgian yeast fermentation, with notes of honey and crisp spice. Slight alcohol heat, smooth and easy drinking. 6.1% ABV.

  • Begrudgingly Done

    Wheat stout with pumpkin. Very dark, prominent roast character. Very little pumpkin. Like, if any at all. 6% ABV.

  • Shape of Time

    Imperial Stout. Aged on Amburana wood. Elements of winter spice, cinnamon, light vanilla. Rich. 8.8% ABV.

  • Biere du Chateau

    Bright, dry, effervescent, notes of lemon and spice. Brewed with Belgian saison yeast, lemon peel, and coriander. 5% ABV

  • Family Chairs

    Dark, dry, notes of roast coffee. smooth drinking without being heavy. 4.9% ABV.

  • Snadny

    Czech style pilsner. Light, crisp, slight hop bite. 4.7% ABV

  • Tmavy

    Czech style dark lager. Smooth, roasty, light dose of smoked malt. 5% ABV

  • Zen Master of the Pool Table

    Belgian style witbier brewed with coriander and orange. Notes of clove and banana. Smooth and easy drinking. 6% ABV.

  • Orcas with Squirtguns

    IPA, light(er), tropical, citrus forward. Mild bitterness, hint of dankness. 5.8% ABV.
